[ Perhaps it's a bit old-fashioned, but the message arrives for Percival via mockingbird. Sealed closed by a wax mockingbird sigil, the letter is hand-written in careful cursive. ]

Dear, Mr. Graves -

I write to you on behalf of a project I am working on within my city. Construction has already begun on rebuilding a much larger library, but I wish for this to be more than simply a bigger structure. I hope to inspire education and the spread of knowledge to the natives of Maurtia Falls as well as provide an invaluable resource to new arrivals here. But more than that, I wish to use it to pay homage to the natives who lost their lives within Maurtia Falls due to imPort related tragedies. Their names will be honored within the library itself and donations will be set up to be made to the families.

For this project to succeed, I need your help. If you are able to donate anything at all to the cause, it would be most appreciated -- whether that is books, money, or simply your time. I know that you appreciate knowledge and what it can offer. And I also know you were sorely disappointed with what the libraries around here had to offer before. Perhaps we could find a way to tailor this one to something more your liking.

[How right he was. Unless Petyr has dramatically rearranged his office, Graves will be appearing right next to the guest chair, then helping himself to a seat.]

[ Not as shocking as the first time. But it still surprises him a bit. However, Petyr hangs up the communicator and sets it next to his wine cabinet, pouring them both a glass. ]

Safe travels, I hope? [ He hands over one of those glasses with a mirthful laugh. ]

I've decided to back Sam Merlotte. He seems to be the most logical of choices and will allow for a stronger union between Maurtia Falls and De Chima.

[ By stronger union, he pretty much means he would have some semblance of influence in De Chima. ]

So I was hoping to get you on board to cast your vote for him as well.

[He's not going to say no. This whole business is in the other man's hands, little concern of Grave's. But there's nothing wrong with a little curiosity.]

A man from your world?

Oh no. He is quite far from being from my world. Although I am utilizing him as a means of preventing the two other Westerosi candidates from securing an office.

[ Petyr stirs his finger around his glass. He has no qualms about admitting it because it's not as though Graves couldn't find out where Jon and Myrcella were from. And that certainly explains why he's not backing either. ]

If there would be anything you need out of De Chima, I would be able to obtain it for you with Sam as ambassador.

Well, to Ambassador...Sam.

[Not really an inspiring name, is it? Still, he offers his glass up in a mock toast before taking a sip of wine. ImPort cities cooperating was better for all of them. The last thing they needed were idealists getting in the way.]

Will either of the Westerosi contenders be a problem in the future?

There's always a possibility. For Jon Snow, at the least. Myrcella is not likely to bring trouble my way and for that, I may reward her with the ambassadorial seat of Maurtia Falls if she is still here when I decide to step down.

[ She would be malleable. And she would be beloved. ]

But this was not all I wished to discuss with you. I've officially started to run for Mayor of Maurtia Falls. Should I win the position, I want to create that task force of imPorts you and I spoke about. Something that will have the same sort of jurisdiction as the police force, but be far more effective at their goals. Are you interested in leading this? I believe the name I would use is The Gold Cloaks -- unless you have a more appropriate name.
